Eligibility requirements:
- Applicants must be currently enrolled as a graduate student in a full or part time Forensic Science graduate program.
- Applicants must demonstrate excellence in his/her academic program.
- Applicants should be attending one of the following colleges within the area from which MAAFS draws their members:
- Arcadia University
- Duquesne University
- The George Washington University
- Marshall University
- Penn State University
- Stevenson University
- Towson University
- Virginia Commonwealth University
Application requirements:
- A letter of recommendation from a professor, advisor or thesis mentor involved in a Forensic Science curriculum. (Submit Scholarship Recommendation Form)
- A letter from the student describing his/her personal goals, achievements and reasons for award consideration. (Submit Scholarship Application Form)
- A curriculum vitae of the scholarship award applicant.
- An official school transcript, which must include fall grades.
Application requirements must be received by email or postmarked by two months prior to the first day of the Annual Meeting.
Out of fairness to all potential candidates, NO exceptions will be made.
